I have a significant number of Farmacy Beauty favorites. It’s one of the first brands that I when I started my skincare journey. On social media, I don’t really see a lot of hype for the brand. At least in comparison to the big girls like Glow Recipe or Fenty Skin. My feed has more Korean skincare than Farmacy Beauty.
I haven’t tried a product from the brand that I haven’t genuinely enjoyed though, which says a lot because I’ve used several.
What is Farmacy Beauty?
Farmacy Beauty is a clean and cruelty-free skincare brand known for staples like the Green Clean cleansing balm and the Honey Halo moisturizer. These are the main Farmacy products that I’ve noticed on social media, but I have several Farmacy Beauty favorites that you need to know about.
Farmacy Beauty Favorites
Green Clean Cleansing Balm
Hands down, my favorite cleansing balm. The Green Clean Cleansing Balm is actually THE cleansing balm that got me to actually liked cleansing balms. I used to hate balms, they never really made sense to me. Prior to this one, I’ve tried out the Inkeylist’s Oat Cleansing Balm and the Clinique Cleansing Balm. Both the one’s I’ve tried have led me to believe that I could only use oils.
I can still remember when I first used Green Clean. The way that it melted into a luxurious little cleanser that melts makeup and sunscreen perfectly just blew my mind. It didn’t leave a weird film that makes my face feel oily as well.
I’m pretty sure the Inkeylist’s Oat Cleansing Balm turned me off from balms in general. I hated the way that it didn’t melt down and the worst part is that my face didn’t really feel any cleaner after. Worse, it felt oilier than when I initially started. I say this to say that not all cleansing balms are the same and that you should try other ones like the Farmacy’s Green Clean to get a better experience.
I’ve said enough about this, but I cannot recommend it enough.
Also, Farmacy gets bonus points for having different scents for this!
Available for $8-60 at Farmacy Beauty and Sephora.
Whipped Greens Oil-Free Foaming Cleanser
This cleanser definitely deserves its roses, its flowers. The Whipped Greens Cleanser is definitely a Farmacy Beauty favorite that I rarely ever see. I can’t even remember the last time I’ve seen it while I was scrolling on Instagram.
If you are looking for a clean, gentle cleanser, this is definitely a winner. I use it as a second cleanse after a balm and it just cleans up without having the face feel dry, which I appreciate.
I love the way that this one foams up as well. I can definitely appreciate a cleanser that foams just the right amount. It is straightforward and to the point, which I don’t mind.
Available for $12-$28 at Farmacy Beauty and Sephora.
Honey Halo Ultra-Hydrating Ceramide Moisturizer
If we’re talking about Farmacy Beauty favorites, this is definitely the first one I would think of. The Honey Halo Moisturizer feels just like butter when you apply it to the skin. It is so smooth and nourishing and even though I had backups of this moisturizer, I was sad when I emptied it.
When it comes to the packaging, it’s definitely super luxe. It comes with a little spatula too. Listen, I don’t think that there are enough brands that provide a spatula with their products. The best part is that it’s a metal spatula and the top of the moisturizer is magnetic which means that it is less likely that you would lose your spatula.
It’s just a great staple that I think everyone should try out.
Available for $13-74 at Farmacy Beauty and Sephora.
Filling Good Hyaluronic Acid Plumping Serum
I couldn’t talk about Farmacy Beauty favorites without at least talking a little bit about Filling Good. There are a million Hyaluronic Acid serums on the market, but this one is a stand-out for me.
This product doesn’t just focus on hyaluronic acid, but also has some key ingredients including amino acids and a proprietary honey blend. It feels pretty nourishing on the skin, which even as an oily skin girly is a much-needed part of my routine.
I will say that it’s a little bit pricier in comparison to other products that are focused on hyaluronic acid, but the other key ingredients make up for the price. I wouldn’t put this on the top of my Farmacy Beauty favorites, but it’s a great one to have or ask as a gift.
Available for $48 at Farmacy Beauty and Sephora.
